I stopped self-hosting email and instead started using Tuta with ‘Revolutionary’ plan. The reason behind it was that even though i had full control over my email server when self hosting, i still didn’t get that feeling of reliability, since mail is used for almost everything important you would want to do on the internet, i can’t afford to have downtimes for mails, so i made some arrangements in my monthly budget here and there, and started using Tuta with my custom domain. So far everything’s great, i get unlimited aliases with 20 Gigs storage which is more than enough for me, and the best thing for me is that its based in EU.
